In this sermon I will continue the message about applications of our faith. I said earlier on, that the faith of the Lord Jesus is what gave us salvation. We should be able to apply the same faith in the word of the Lord for the healing of our body and for casting out devils.

"Lo this, we have searched it, so it is. Hear it, and know thou it for thy good" (Job.5: 27).

We have searched this thing, and it is true. We want you to hear it and know it for thy good. When I am talking about faith which not only gives salvation, this faith of Jesus Christ can give you healing for your body; it can build you up in power and you yourself will be able to cast out devils. The faith which Christ has given to us and which he has called us to come and receive from him can build in us power to control the elements in weather changes, natural events, social-minds or political situations. We have searched these things. This faith of Jesus Christ is able to build us up unto supernatural protection against any form of weapon.

We are called upon to apply our faith in all spheres of life. For salvation, the scriptures say "if thou shalt confess in thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shall believe in thine heart that God has raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved." I am going to lead gradually from faith for salvation to faith for healing of our body, unto faith for material provision, and faith for supernatural protection, even to the climax of it all, which is faith for translation. You may ask, is it merely faith, or anointing? Yes, it is anointing. The anointing will come upon you when you believe in these words. Faith cometh by hearing; and hearing, by the word of God. What is the anointing? The Lord Jesus Christ is the anointing. God’s presence is the anointing. So, if the Lord is going to come upon you, you’ve got to believe in the word which has been written, and follow on to know the Lord in the exhortations. The word is being revealed unto you for you to get the faith. The same faith can control social events, political situation, and also build you up for supernatural protection.

There is grace of God, which the Lord can use to sovereignly intervene in any human situation. And there is a walk with the Lord, which the Lord can bring a believer through to acquire the anointing necessary for spiritual power with the Lord. This latter walk is what was recorded about Enoch, who pleased God and was not, for God took him that he should not see death. This type of walk with the Lord is what I am preaching, and this is the level of faith for translation. Whereas when the three Hebrews were delivered from the furnace of fire in Babylon (Dan.3), the sovereign grace of God simply intervened in their situation. There was no record that they had reached the spiritual height for such supernatural protection. However, God is calling believers unto higher heights at this end-time. This is the core of my messages, as it is written, "I counsel thee to buy of me gold tried in the fire, that thou mayest be rich, and white raiment, that thou mayest be clothed, and that the shame of thy nakedness do not appear; and anoint thine eyes with eyesalve, that thou mayest see." (Rev. 3:18).

The Lord Jesus Christ is calling believers to the level of faith of the prophets. The least in his kingdom is expected to be greater than John the Baptist – the Elijah anointing. The Lord is calling us to grow up to the Sonship measure in which the anointing for supernatural protection will be resident in us. When I talk on the faith for supernatural protection, I will give examples of when the Lord used the same faith to avoid several troubles when he was preaching. Christ is revealing this faith to us in this end-time to make us know that he purposed to build men to the level of this prophetic anointing that can even pass through walls like Jesus Christ manifested, which is the translative and rapturing faith.

This same elementary faith can begin to be applied in every sphere of life.

"For as many as received him, to them gave he power to become the sons of God."

When we become sons of God, the power will be indwelling the believer, even the power to translate, and also the power to call the dead back to life. The Lord said the power is in the Son, meaning, it is a right for the sons of God to have life within them, and to quicken whosoever they will. (Jn.5: 21-30).

This is the measure of the stature of Christ to which all the saints are called to grow into. (Ephe.4: 12-13).

There is also some works to do, and steps to take in walking with the Lord as Enoch walked to please the Lord, such as praying, fasting, watching unto prayer at night, interceding in prayer, praising and worshipping the Lord. These are the deeds our faith must begin to do to work for God. When you serve the Lord in those deeds, then the promises will come your way. Now God himself will begin to deck you with power. That is how the anointing will build in you. For instance, in Isa.54: 17, the bible says "No weapon that is formed against thee shall prosper", and it went on to say "this is the heritage of the servants of the Lord, and their righteousness is of me, saith the Lord". Then you have to serve the Lord to be classified as servants of the Lord in this scripture. You are serving the Lord when you are watching unto prayer at night, when you are interceding for the saints in the spiritual warfare for the kingdom.

After you acquire the faith, you ought to apply your faith in all the spheres of life, just as in the gospel of Luke chapter 8 verse 25, the Lord asked the disciples "where is your faith?" That is, why didn’t you apply your faith in this situation. In your own case, maybe when you are sick, you’ll pray for yourself. But what about when you have a controversy with your spouse? Use your faith also. What about when you have a business dealing with someone? Use your faith also.

"For the grace of God that bringeth salvation hath appeared to all men, teaching us that, denying ungodliness and worldly lusts, we should live soberly, righteously, and godly, in this present world; looking for that blessed hope, and the glorious appearing of the great God and our Saviour Jesus Christ." (Titus 2:11-13). Our faith is what we applied to get salvation when we heard the preaching of the gospel and we believed the report.

Believe and act on the word! Faith with action is believing!
