My message is from Rev. 12. It shows three kinds of believers that will manifest at this end of the world. The Lord Jesus Christ also gave us this picture in Mathew 25. Many bible scholars have opinions about what Rev.12 symbolized, but I will give it as the Lord has made me understand it.

In Mathew chapter 25 parable of the ten virgins, I will point out that there are three classes of believers in that parable. At the end time, there will also be three classes of believers. This is represented in Rev.12, and also in Rev.3. In Rev.3 when the Lord gave promises to each overcomer of each church, we can see that the overcomers in Rev.3 represent three classes of believers that run concurrently in parallel till the end of the world.

Mat.25. 1-2: “Then shall the kingdom of heaven be likened unto ten virgins, which took their lamps, and went forth to meet the bridegroom. And five of them were wise and five were foolish”

V.5-6 “While the bridegroom tarried, they all slumbered and slept. And at midnight there was a cry made, Behold the bridegroom cometh, go ye out to meet him.”

What I want to point out in this parable is that there are three categories of people in the parable. Many bible scholars use this parable to indicate the rapture and the coming of the Lord, where some are left behind or shut out.

The first group of people in this parable consists of the wise virgins, the second group are the foolish virgins. The third group are those that made the cry. They were not sleeping. “At midnight there was a cry made, behold, the bridegroom cometh, go ye out to meet him.” Those that made the cry are the watchers, and they have to be few compared to the virgins. All the three groups came to await the bridegroom. The wise virgins have extra oil, but fell asleep also. The foolish virgins have no extra oil, and they too fell asleep. The holy watchers did not sleep. This is saying that at the end of the world, there will be three kinds of believers running in parallel.

Revelation 12 is symbolizing the church of Christ at the end time. Some people thought it represents Israel, but it is not. They saw the twelve stars on the woman and thought it must mean the tribes of Israel. I believe those twelve stars represents the twelve apostles of Christ.

Rev.12:1-3: “There appeared a great wonder in heaven; a woman clothed with the sun, and the moon under her feet, and upon her head a crown of twelve stars; And she being with child cried, travailing in birth, and pained to be delivered.

And there appeared another wonder in heaven; and behold a great red dragon, having seven heads and ten horns, and seven crowns upon his heads.”

Look at this Red dragon, having seven heads and ten horns, and compare it with the dragon or beast in Rev.17, which also has seven heads and ten horns upon which sitteth the woman called Whore, Babylon the great. You will see that the word of God is singular. It’s the same beast. Call him the Devil, or Satan symbolized. It’s actually talking about the devil’s kingdom. In the bible the images in the book of Daniel, of beasts and horns were interpreted by the angels as kingdoms of the world, and rulers; so is it in this book of revelation. The beast is representing the satanic kingdom that is ruling upon the earth.

V.4: “And his tail drew the third part of the stars of heaven and did cast them to the earth. The dragon stood before the woman which was ready to be delivered, for to devour her child as soon as it was born.”

This dragon was ready to persecute the woman. Some preachers have thought this represented when Jesus Christ was born. This is not representing that at all. Why? Because the book of revelation was said to be a futuristic prophecy. In chapter 4, it said, “come up hither and I will show you things which must be hereafter.”

This symbol was talking of the church at the end of the world ready to give birth. What do I mean by the church of Christ giving birth? That will be the manifestation of the sons of God at the end of the world. These are the first fruits that will come out of the body of believers. This is why my sermons have been talking about first fruits, which you’ll see in Rev. 14. Out of this body of Christ worldwide will come forth this man-child, representing the first fruits to God.

“The whole creature travaileth and waited for the manifestation of the sons of God”. The first fruits are the believers that will arrive at the stature of Christ first. They will manifest, and God will have to take them out of this planet into heaven for them to do a work for God. And what work are they going to do? You will see in this chapter 12. The dragon knew that if this man-child manifests, that will be the doom for the devil. They are going to beat the Devil out of the heavens. That is why they are the target for Satan. This group of believers is the target for Satan. The woman, the church, in this narration, is not really the target for Satan. Otherwise Satan does not need to stand in front of the woman who was travailing in birth waiting for the child to be born. He could have killed the woman if possible. This shows that the baby to be born have a strong meaning to the dragon. Because this baby, being born, which represents the band of believers of the highest order, are the first fruits unto God. The dragon wanted to destroy them once they are identified, that is, once they are separated from the woman, uniquely identified. That will be the major reason for the confrontation between the Devil and the body of believers.

Take note of this: The bible said the woman was travailing in birth. Was it the presence of the dragon that causes the travail? No sir. A baby being formed in a woman and the baby ready to be born is always the cause of the travail. The travail is internal to the woman. What does that mean to the church?

In the household of God worldwide, God is doing a work, to bring this band of believers to fruition. What is God doing that is causing a travail? The highly anointed among the believers, those that have high faith are still being pressurized by God. His hand is dealing heavily with them to bring them up to the stature of Christ with so much affliction and purging. Like gold is purified by fire, uneasy for the gold until all the impurities are burned out. So is God putting fiery trials upon those He has marked for first fruits to get the pure gold out of them, unto the fullness of obedience, submissiveness, and yielded-ness to the Holy Ghost. The heavy hand of God upon them will force them to be constantly praying, and fasting, and spiritually growing into the stature of prophets for the Lord. The dragon and his agents will even be used to cause the affliction and the fiery trials that God himself will be supervising. Think of what Job went through as example of affliction initiated and monitored by God, but implemented by Satan. The Lord has began dealing with this band of believers from the 70’s and many more are still coming of age. He will continue to work on these believers until he gets the gold out of them and when he has the number of the first fruits, he will take them in translation.

The Lord will allow this band of believers to go through oppression, affliction, persecution to make them travail and pray more, and to make them submit more to the Holy Ghost. This is taking place in the households of faith as we speak. Great ministers of the gospel going through trial, affliction, not caused by their own doing. They will know the attack is from Satan, and they will travail more in prayer. Some may question “why their faith is not working against those afflictions?” Why is God allowing them to be beaten down by the enemy like so? Because God is preparing them for total surrender to the Spirit of God. Have you seen how the cow-boys break the wild horses? It’s with much affliction and whipping. We that are servants of God are still like wild horses before God, and so must be broken unto submission. We are too opinionated. That is the pre-occupation of the Lord at this end-time, and the reason why heaven was silent for a space of about half an hour. (Rev. 8: 1 ).

The hand of God is upon this elect few, worldwide. This is causing the travail in the woman. The church is not fully manifested because the great power of God is not revealed yet, and the pillars of the church are themselves being afflicted. It will look like the devil is bombarding people in the church with affliction. God himself is allowing it to bring these people to fruition. In a nutshell, this is what is occurring in the woman causing the travail.

What then will take place? Immediately as they were born: what do we mean by they are born? That is when they come to be recognized, or when they come to the fullness of the stature of Christ. When God is through with them, they will be taken out of here. Someone interpreted it to mean, they will be elevated to the authority of God, so the dragon cannot harm them as he cannot harm God. While they are still being prepared to get them to the fullness of the stature of Christ, the Devil is raging and moving around to destroy, to afflict, to threaten, and to cause all sorts of trouble against them.

V.5: “And she brought forth a man child who was to rule all nations with a rod of iron: and her child was caught up unto God, and to his throne.”

Some sects have taught that this verse was talking about Jesus Christ appearing in heaven for the first time to displace Satan. No, no. This represents the band of believers who are the sons of God. Christ is the head of them, you have to remember that. So it does not remove Christ from the equation. Christ is the head of the church.

As you will see in revelation chapter 14, this first fruits follow the Lamb whithersoever he goeth. They will be like one person. That band of believers will rule all nations with a rod of iron.

You also will see in revelation chapter 2 & 3, which group of believers Christ promised to rule the nations with a rod of iron. It was promised to the church of Thyatira. That was a church age, or a group of believers that will be categorized to fall into the Thyatira overcomers. He also gave another promise to the overcomers of the Laodecian church that they will sit with him in his throne as He also overcame.

These are the believers that are going to rule with God and sit on the throne with God.

We can see in this chapter 12 of revelation that there are different classification of believers. Three groups of believers are identified in this chapter.

“And the woman fled to the wilderness, where she hath a place prepared of God, that they should feed her there a thousand two hundred and threescore days.”

The woman represents the church. I said there are three categories of believers as we also saw in Mathew 25. The people that gave the cry, falls into the category of the manchild which is the highest order, and are not sleeping. The wise virgins are a second group, and then the foolish virgins are the third group. Similarly we have in this chapter 12 three categories namely the woman, the manchild, and the remnant of her seed.

V.7-8: “And there was war in heaven. Michael and his angels fought against the dragon; and the dragon fought and his angels, and prevailed not; neither was their place found anymore in heaven.”

It tells us who the dragon is, Satan. Satan also uses the government of the world, the kingdoms of darkness to persecute the church.

V.9-10: “And the great dragon was cast out, that old serpent, called the Devil, and Satan, which deceiveth the whole world: he was cast out into the earth, and his angels were cast out with him.”

And I heard a loud voice saying in heaven, Now is come salvation and strength, and the kingdom of our God, and the power of his Christ: for the accuser of our brethren is cast down, which accuseth them before our God day and night.”

You can see that this verse nullifies the interpretation some people hold to, that this war was the war when Christ was born in heaven. No! It is the future war of when the saints take over the heavens from Satan and his satanic angels. Michael being the Archangel of God is enlisting bands of believers into his army. Onward Christian soldiers! They are called the angels of Michael. You may say, “they are expected to be angels”. Well, look again in the book of revelation, and you will see that even the angel that was revealing these things to apostle John said, “he is one of the brethren, the prophets!”. So God has began to use even some of the prophets that have passed on; He has began to use them as angels, because Christ said, we shall be like the angels in the end of time.

The bands of believers that will go up will be in the army of Michael, along with the spiritual angels, because the angels of God always fight for the saints.

See how we overcome this dragon:

V.11: “And they overcame him by the blood of the Lamb, by the word of their testimony. And they loved not their lives unto the death.

Therefore rejoice ye heaven….”

That is the beginning of the end for Satan, because from that time on, the devil is done.

V.13: “When the dragon saw that he was cast unto the earth, he persecuted the woman which brought forth the man child.”

There is going to be persecution at the end of the world. Some preachers also have taught that the persecution mentioned here is for the Israeli Jews to run and hide in some desert from the Russian attack. But this is referring to the church. At this end time will be persecution against believers worldwide, before the rapture. The first fruits are taken away. The woman fled because persecution is mounted against the woman, the church. When the dragon persecutes, he is going to use the governments of the world. That is the time of the antichrist, which you have heard about. Rev. 13 describes the antichrist, the beast, persecuting the world of believers.

V. 14: “And to the woman were given two wings of a great eagle that she might fly into the wilderness unto her place where she is nourished for a time, times and half a time from the face of the serpent. And the serpent cast out of his mouth water as a flood after the woman that he might cause her to be carried away of the flood and the earth helped the woman and the earth opened her mouth and swallowed up the flood which the dragon cast out of his mouth. And the dragon was wrath with the woman and went to make war with the remnant of her seed which keep the commandments of God and have the testimony of Jesus Christ.“

Now you can see this is talking about Christians will be persecuted in the end time. One thing I want to point out for example is that this U.S. was founded by people who fled the persecution from the Roman Catholicism in Europe. The Pilgrims migrated to this part of the world, which was like a wilderness in those days, and that was the beginning of a migration also. That continued as people being persecuted always run away to the west. In the end times this is exactly what is going to happen again. This is going to continue until the end of the world. What we are saying here is that the dragon went against the remnant of the woman’s seed, which keep the commandments of God, and the testimony of Jesus Christ.

So now let us look at the three categories of believers here in Rev.12. As I said in the beginning, the three categories of believers will run concurrently unto the end of the world. The man child will be the first category and the highest order of believers, highest in faith, and they will come to the fullness of Christ. Next, we see the woman clothed with the sun, the church itself, and they were protected in one form or another from the dragon by hiding from the persecution. And you can see why the bands of believers that migrated from Europe in the generations gone by, had this American continent as a form of protection from the persecution in those generations. That will continue until the end of the world. Then the remnant of the seed of the woman, which is the rest of the believers will be the lowest category of faith. And they were persecuted worldwide.

The dragon made war with the remnant of her seed that keep the commandments of God and have the testimony of Jesus Christ. Even in this America there will be persecution so that God will have to protect some people by some supernatural means. But there will be some persecution worldwide as seen in Rev.13 when the anti-Christ will begin to persecute and issue a “mark of the beast”. Those who do not receive the mark will be persecuted.

Now let’s look again in the book of Rev. 3. The three categories that were given the promises also represent these believers in the end time. They run concurrently until the end of the world. The church of Sardis is written in chapter.3 verse 1.

“He that overcometh the same shall be clothed in white raiment, and I will not blot out his name out of the book of life”.

You can say if they do not overcome in that church of Sardis they are automatically wiped out of the book of life, because that was already the lowest. If they overcome they will not be blotted out of the book of life. This is actually representing the bands of believers that will be persecuted at the end of times. Those who overcome will not deny Christ. Because if anybody denies Christ during the time of persecution their name will be removed out of the book of life just like the word of God said. So this church at Sardis is not actually representing a church in a city called Sardis, it represents the category of believers in that generation that if they deny Christ their names will be taken out of the book of life, but if they do not deny Christ, they will be clothed in white raiment.

There is a band or group of believers in the end times in that category. They believe in justification but they will have to go higher. Now the church of Philadelphia is the church Christ said he will protect. You can see that in Rev.3 from verse 10, ”Because thou hast kept the word of my patience, I also will keep thee from the hour of temptation, which shall come upon all the world, to try them that dwell upon the earth.”

God promised to keep them from the hour of temptation. What hour of temptation are we talking about? When the anti-Christ will be persecuting the world, some believers will be protected by God, supernaturally or in some wilderness where they will not be hurt. Those are the people that are represented by the church of Philadelphia. This represents the woman clothed with the sun, protected in the wilderness. But the highest order of the saints, which is the manchild, is represented by those who overcame in the book of Laodecia. The promise that he gave to the people of Laodecia was: “He that overcometh will sit with me in my throne as I also overcame and am set with my father in his throne.” Those are the believers that will rule along with those from the church of Thyatira, which will rule the world with a rod of iron. These fall into the category of believers in the “manchild”.

Why are we preaching all of these? So that you can begin to aspire. If you don’t grow in your faith you will be one of those that will have to prove your faith by being persecuted. If you grow higher in faith, you may be among the band of believers that Christ said they are faithful and he will protect from the hour of temptations. Higher than that will put you in the first fruits. But how do you grow? Be yielded to Christ, in total submission to the Holy Spirit in all things. This is what Christ is asking of you, to be completely submitted to the Holy Ghost.

If you that read this are not even born again, ask Jesus into your heart and be born again. If you are a believer, pray that you may be accounted worthy to escape all these things that shall come into the world and to stand before the son of man. Aspire to reach the goal of the overcomers.
